Problem =How to update or patch the client
Solution =just click update game in the launcher

Problem = Users Account Being Connected
Solution= Go to Website ,Login and go to user panel and select "fix users account being connected"

Problem = Game crashing
Solution =Check new patch ,Open launcher and click "update game"
Solution = Install Video card drivers,
If your video card is ATI/AMD go to http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/Pages/index.aspx
If your video card is Nvidia go to http://www.geforce.com/Drivers and download latest drivers

Also try to download latest direct-X from microsoft

Also disable your antivirus

Problem =Game lag /Delay
Solution =stop downloading ,if your playing in a shop and other users are watching you tube or viewing facebook then we cant do anything about lag =(
Solution =Try to reset (turn off and on) your router or modem
Solution =Try to restart your computer


Problem =Error in launcher "MSINET.OCX Error or missing"
Solution =Right click the launcher and Select Run As Admin or Go to control panel>User accounts>change user account control settings and set to lowest and click ok


Problem =Internet disconnected
Solution =Click update game to update your client with new server ip

Problem =Always Error when running game update
Solution =Open your client folder and delete all files named "Patch.cab"
